Masters’ Swimming
NSU is now offering a Masters' Swimming group. This is an adult program for those 18 years and older who are looking towards swimming as a way to achieve optimal fitness. Additionally, Masters' Swimming will help condition you for competitive swimming events and competitions in a fun and social setting. Swimmers of all levels are welcome and a specific program will be designed to accommodate everyone's unique needs! Whether you are a lap swimmer looking for a change of pace or a competitive swimmer preparing for a triathlon, Masters' Swimming is for you!
Our Masters' Swimming program is affiliated with the Florida Gulf Coast LMSC, and our swimmers are registered under Gold Coast Masters, the largest team in Florida!
The masters' team currently swims as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
You should register for either the morning OR the evening session!Cost to participate:
- $25 per month for students;
- $45 per month for NSU faculty, staff, alumni, and their immediate family members;
- $65 per month for community members.
