AquaFit:
Think water aerobics isn’t a fitness challenge? THINK AGAIN! With simple water dumbbells and the resistance of the water this hour-packed workout is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and energized. Enhance your workout and step up to the challenge with WATER! (No swimming experience required. Head is never submerged; t-shirts and gym shorts may be worn over suit. Class cancelled when raining.)
Adventure Boot Camp:
Need to get a kick-butt sweat BEFORE your day begins? Come explore the adventure boot camp circuit style workout at 6:00AM Mondays and Fridays! Get ready for an action-packed sweat session of indoor and outdoor cardio and strength interval drills! With our energetic and motivating instructors, you’ll be feeling revived and ready to begin your day!!
Body Sculpt
Looking for a weight-training class? How about total body conditioning? This class focuses on toning up that figure with the most current fitness equipment around!
*POWER Sculpt
A body sculpting class that utilizes a functional exercise routine with a little “spice” of intensity!
*Cardio Sculpt
This class combines a mixture of cardio drills of step, kickboxing, or athletic conditioning with body sculpting to your heart pumping and muscles toned!
Circuit Blast!
Jump from station to station for an intense calorie burning and strength training workout all in one! With our top of the line fitness equipment including BOSU balls, Jump Rope, Gliders, Ladder maze and more…we guarantee you will leave sweating, satisfied, and one step closer to your fitness goals!!
KickBox Boot Camp:
This high-energy class uses a variety of boxing drills combined with cardio/strength interval circuits. This class focuses on incorporating a martial arts style workout in order to increase your coordination, flexibility, strength, and endurance!
Cardio Step
Looking for a pick-me-up? This class will excite you with fun cardio, great music, and an enthusiastic step challenge! Be prepared to burn calories, and sweat while you step it up!
Hip-Hop:
You Think You Can Hip Hop? Let lose and join this jammed packed hour of the funkiest moves, popular hip hop jams, and crazy choreography! Challenge your body to move in ways it’s never moved before and leave with a great cardiovascular workout.
Killer Abs
Be ready to work and tone up that 6-pack with this power-packed 25 minute core class! Focus on strengthening the abdominals and the lower back while utilizing resistance equipment such as stability balls, medicine balls, The Bosu and more!
Pilates
The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed over ninety years ago by Joseph Pilates. It strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind, and creates a more streamline shape.
SPINNING
SPINNING is more than a workout! It’s a philosophy! Whether you ride to get stronger, nurture your body and spirit, sweat out the events of the day or reinvent yourself, Spinning is YOUR ride! We have the original indoor cycling program! Please note: Spinning is a cardio workout with dim lights and higher decibel music. (SIGN-UP IS REQUIRED 30 minutes prior to class time, and a water bottle and towel are mandatory!)
YOGA:
Basics: This class is for beginners; however, all levels of currently practicing students are welcome. This class focuses on the fundamentals of yoga and includes instruction on how to safely and effectively transition in and out of poses with emphasis on body alignment, breathing techniques, modification of poses and use of props. This class will build strength, stamina, balance and enhance flexibility of the spine, as well as, teach the student how to use the breath to nourish the body and calm the mind.
Hatha Vinasya: This class is for beginner to intermediate students and incorporates many styles and approaches to yoga practice including but not limited to, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Anasura, Sivananda and Iyengar. This class is a journey into a dynamic series of sequences of poses that are linked by breath and drishti (gazing point) and designed to deepen the student’s experience, by entering into a meditation in motion. Each practice session is different, includes advanced pranayama (breathing techniques) and endeavors to move the student with a calm and focused mind into an awareness of his/her true self while strengthening and toning the muscles, increasing energy and stamina, as well as, creating balance in body, mind and spirit.
Wake Up Yoga: WAKE UP to this energy-packed Yoga class which incorporates various postures, breathing techniques, and core strengthening poses while increasing flexibility and body awareness with an overall goal to focus on good mental and physical well-being. A great way to start off your day!
Integrated YOGA: Come try out this integrated mix of Iyanger, hatha, kundilini, vinyasina and even a little taste of pilates all packed in one hour!
Power YOGA: Are you ready to step up the Yogi inside of you? Then this vigorous, higher intensity, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga, is a great way to start!Zumba
Zumba combines high-energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. Add some spice and flare to your workout and shake your cha-cha! This latin-based group exercise class is fun and easy to do. No dance experience required!
