Belly Dance is a great form of low-impact exercise that improves posture, increases flexibility and strengthens many of the muscles of the body. Belly Dance will improve self-esteem, promote a positive body image, reduce stress, and provide a support network among its students. No previous dance experience is necessary.
Campus Recreation brings you Rosemary San Nicolas, a professional performer and instructor of Middle Eastern dance, who will be teaching our new Belly Dancing classes. Please see below for class dates, times and prices.
