  1. Please remember to keep your sweat to yourself and always have a towel.
  2. While working out your tummy, make sure we don’t see it.
  3. Don’t let your bag slow you down, throw it in a locker.
  4. Talking while running is a no-no. Have a great cardio workout by staying safe and refrain from using your cell phone in motion.
  5. Dropping pounds is cool, dropping heavy weights is not.
  6. Weight racks are there for a reason…please re-rack.
  7. You’ll look good pressing heavy weights, but not when it’s pressing into your chest. Always have a spotter.
  8. Trying to bulk up and craving a protein bar? Take it to a designated eating area, please.
  9. This isn’t a rodeo leave your wranglers at home. Be sure to wear proper gym attire.
  10. If there is no attendee, then no climbee.
