All members of the NSU community are eligible to become members of the Recreational Complex. This includes faculty, staff, contractors, vendors, alumni, university affiliates, and their immediate family members.

*Note: All registered NSU students are members by virtue of the Student Services Fee.
Plus (+) One is any spouse, child (under age 25 with same address as parent), or domestic partner (same sex orientation and address) or immediate family member living in the same home. All Plus (+) One qualifying members must show a qualifying driver's license and/or marriage license at the time of enrollment.
Family members, which include a spouse and child/children, are two or more immediate family members living in the same household, and/or domestic partner living in the same household.
Sponsored Affiliates are all sponsored guests to a RecPlex member who have no direct affiliation with NSU (i.e. roommates, friends, neighbors, boyfriend/girlfriend).
*Note: Employees who are fee-paying students are members by virtue of the Student Services Fee and do not need to pay the separate faculty/staff rate.

Fitness opportunities are abundant with Campus Recreation. Opportunities exist for group exercise, personalized fitness training, fitness assessment and evaluation, and special instructor certification programs. Regardless of your current level of fitness, our staff can assist you in reaching all of your current and future health and fitness goals!
Group Fitness is the exercise of choice when it comes to working out at NSU. Classes are fun, motivating, and challenging for all fitness levels.
