Florida Key Snorkeling TripFlorida Keys Snorkel and Kayak Trip

TRIP INCLUDES: guided experience, lunch and snacks, boat trip, snorkel gear, kayak rental and tips

LENGTH OF TRIP: 1 day

DETAILS: Spend the day in the keys exploring above and below the water.The first half of the day will be spend underwater exploring coral reefs and wild life. After lunch, we will discover life in mangroves on a guided kayak tour. On the way home, we’ll stop for smoothies at Robert Is Here!

Florida Springs Camping TripOctober 2017

Florida Springs Camping Trip

DATES: September 30 and October 1

TRIP INCLUDES: guided experience, coach bus transportation, camping supplies, all meals and snacks, guides, canoe rentals, tube rentals, tips, entrance fees

LENGTH OF TRIP: 2 days / 1 night

DETAILS: Canoe the Wekiwa River. Tube down the turquoise Rock Springs, camps beneath the stars and enjoy a cracking campfire.

COST: $125 for NSU Students

DETAILS: Navigate the waters of the Loxahatchee River in search of Trapper Nelson’s hidden hideout.

North Carolina – Thanksgiving TripNorth Carolina – friendsgiving trip!

DATES: November 21 through 25

TRIP INCLUDES: guided experience, 4 nights in mountain cabins, Beyond the Map Guides, spelunking/caving, waterfall hike, sunset hike, night hike, cabins, Asheville tour, National Park entrance fee, all meals (excluding travel), technical gear, local guides and tips, pre-trip meetings and packets

LENGTH OF TRIP: 5 days/ 4 nights

DETAILS: Explore the Appalachians Mountains as we trek through a hidden underground world in a cave only few have seen. Spend the remaining days hiking to cascading waterfalls, towering peaks and old growth forests. Finish the trip by meandering through the eclectic and historical town of Asheville.

COST: $375 for NSU Students

Costa Rica – NSU Spring Break TripMarch 2018

Costa Rica – NSU Spring Break Trip

MUST HAVE PASSPORT!

DATES: March 5 through 9 (potential dates—March 6 through 10 if there is a significant difference in flight costs.)

TRIP INCLUDES: guided experience, accommodations in eco-lodge and hidden camping location, all meals in country, white water rafting, jungle hike, night hike, waterfall hike, waterfall rappelling, National Park entrance fee, technical gear, local guides and tips, pre-trip meetings and packets

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You must cancel 7 days prior to the event to get a full refund. Any time after that, students will not be allowed a refund at all.

RULES AND POLICIES:

  • Trips are for NSU students only (No faculty/staff or non-NSU students)
  • Students must ride the shark shuttle to and from the trip
  • Absolutely no alcohol purchased or brought on trips
