Group Exercise Schedule

Looking to stay active and energized throughout the semester? Our group exercise program offers a diverse range of classes designed to fit your fitness goals and schedule. From high-intensity workouts to mindful movement practices, there's something for everyone. Group Exercise Policies and Procedures

  • Please be on-time to class for appropriate warm-up, and to avoid distractions. You will be asked to leave if you are late.
  • Participation Policy: Three participants are required to conduct a class.
  • Schedule is subject to change monthly based on class participation.
  • Dress code requires that workout attire must fully cover the midsection.
  • Proper athletic shoes are required for all group exercises excluding mind, body, and aqua.
  • No cell phones or other devices allowed during classes.
  • University holidays: All group exercise classes canceled on observed university holidays.
